Mesa Hills Wound Care Center's combined team of professionals offers an Interdisciplinary approach to each patient’s care. After the initial patient evaluation, we arrange a family meeting to discuss care and treatment plans, establish goals, and answer questions.

    This plan is renewed regularly throughout the hospital stay and each patient and their family are encouraged to participate in the ongoing development and implementation of the plan of care.
